• Generate sales opportunities through research on client needs and industry competition.
• Generate sales through learning the features and benefits of company products.
• Coordinates purchase and delivery of special orders.
• Obtains information on pricing specifications, uses and availability.
• Conduct site visits to collect data and gather information to prepare cost estimates for various construction projects.
• Analyze blueprints, sketches, specifications, and other project materials to determine the materials and quantities required for a project.
• Create detailed cost estimates for projects including cost of materials.
• Provide cost estimates to customers for review and approval.
• Collaborate with outside salesman to ensure that cost estimates are accurate and comprehensive.
• Work with Vendors to get the best prices available.
• Maintain accurate records of all estimates and project costs.
• Stay current with industry trends and new materials available.
• Codes and inputs customers' orders, pricing information and all additional information needed.
• Creates accurate estimates, sales orders, and invoices.
• Works well with outside salesman to ensure customer satisfaction.
